Join members of Empower DC and Namati as we work to keep the historic community of Ivy City clean.  Making sure our environment is clean and safe for everyone, especially our children is very important.

Who should volunteer?

People who care about their community, student groups, faith based institutions, and anyone that just wants to see their neighborhoods look better!

What do I need to wear?

Old clothes you do not mind getting dirty and possibly throwing away.

Can children come?

Yes children can come. You are highly encouraged to keep a close eye on younger children.

Can I get community service/volunteer hours?

Yes you can get volunteer hours for community service and/or work.

Will refreshments be served?

Yes refreshments will be available for volunteers.
