Sean Davis Jr. is a policy manager with Empower DC, bringing a wealth of expertise in internet policy. He has worked on a variety of policy issues, including online privacy and broadband adoption. Sean has led projects advocating for legislation, managed teams to disseminate federal funding, and written articles on policy updates. Sean is an energetic, analytical team member who can straddle disciplines and sync connections across people and fields. Sean is motivated by the mission of advancing social and economic benefits for his community. He holds a JD from George Washington University Law School and a bachelor’s degree from Mount St. Mary’s University.
