Join Empower DC to organize with other public housing residents and hold the DC Housing Authority and DC government accountable to residents' needs and priorities!

We are organizing to:

- save and improve deeply affordable housing

- protect tenants' rights

- support resident-led decision making

- improve residents' lives through home ownership, employment, education, and other opportunities

These meetings are an excellent opportunity to ask about what is happening at your property in relation to repositioning and also to raise up any housing issues you may have to the director of DCHA Tyrone Garrett and the 11 members of this board. We encourage residents to arrive by 12:30 to ensure you can register to give testimony.
